Before Your Appointment:
Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications for 48 hours.
Avoid caffeine the morning of your appointment.
Avoid heavy exercise the morning of your appointment.
I cannot tattoo sunburned or open skin.
Avoid brow waxing, threading, or tinting for 72 hours.
No Botox, fillers, peels, microneedling, invasive skincare treatments, retinols, or tanning beds for at least 2 weeks.
Please come with clean hair—you’ll need to keep your brows dry during healing.
If you have eyelash extensions, schedule a fill before your PMU appointment to avoid anyone working near your healing brows afterward.
-
During Your Appointment:
Expect to be laying down still for 2.5–4 hours. Nano Brows may take longer.
I do not rush faces. If needed, I will take extra time to ensure your brows are perfect.
Wear comfy clothes and bring earbuds if you’d like. I can’t talk during the tattoo portion—this is your time to relax, listen to music, or catch up on a podcast.
If you normally fill in your brows with makeup, come with them how you usually do so I can see what you’re used to and what you like (or don’t like).
Please come alone to your appointment.

Healing & Aftercare:
Healing is a process:
Days 1–3: Brows will look bold.
Days 4–7: Expect flakiness or dryness.
Days 7–14: Brows may look very light before the color settles back in.
Full healing can take up to 14 days. Don’t book brows right before big events or travel.
Avoid scheduling a massage or facial during your healing period, as pressure, oils, or steam can affect your results.
Remember—I’m invested in your beautiful face, and great brows take time to build.
